Our Story
It started in 2004 under the name Grill Masters — just a couple of farmers markets and one simple belief: that fresh rotisserie chicken, marinated with all-natural herbs and spices and slow-roasted on-site, was something worth showing up for.
It didn't take long for people to notice. Jonathan Gold, the legendary food critic and voice of LA's dining scene, featured Grill Masters as serving the best rotisserie chicken in the city. That moment said everything we already knew about what we were doing.
Since then, we've continued that same tradition — high-quality, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken at select farmers markets across SoCal. Same care. Same craft. Now under a new name.
